Sculpture Pendant Withdrawn for Exhibition
Item No:
WSP006
Measurement:
2.5" x 1.5"
Description: For
the lovers of opal and turquoise. There is something
to be said about turquoise and sterling silver, the
two elements seem made for each other. This pendant
was beautiful to make, right through the entire process
of 11-12hrs. Woven into this intricate design is a gorgeous
blue-green opal triplet (which is more colourful in
real life), a large round turquoise cabochon, a faceted
turquoise teardrop, a turquoise bead, three turquoise
coloured swarovski crystals and several sterling silver
beads, and of course metres and metres of sterling silver.

Sculpture Pendant Withdrawn for Exhibition
Item No:
WSP005
Measurement:
2.5" x 1.5"
Description: This
pendant shows off an absolutely gorgeous opal triplet.
Capturing the real sparkle in opals is near impossible
to do as many opal dealers will confirm. If you love
the look of the opal in this picture, you will be
very pleasantly surprised at how it looks in real
life. In it's setting this opal reminds me of a deep
pond of cool blue-green water. Also interwoven in
the pendant is several peacock pearls, several swarovski
crystals and sterling silver beads. I lost count of
how many metres of sterling silver wire this pendant
consumed, however the result is very solid and reasonably
weighty piece that took approx 14 hours to make. It
will be hard to let this one go.

Woven
Sculpture Pendant Withdrawn for Exhibition
Item No:
WSP004
Measurement:
2.25" x 1.25"
Description: This pendant took
10 - 12hrs to make, done over several days. Like the
others, it took on a life of it's own and resulted
in a piece that is quite organic looking. The stone
at the top of the pendant is faceted smoky quartz
and although it looks very dark in the picture, it's
actually not. Held up to the light, it is a typical
smoky colour, and I can almost see through it. The
stone at the bottom of the pendant is a unknown cabochon
which is as interesting as it is pretty. Also in this
pendant there are half a dozen freshwater pearls in
a pale, pale green-silver colour, two swarovski crystals
and at least eight sterling silver beads. Countless
metres of sterling silver wire were eaten up by this
piece. It is structurely very solid and weighty.

Woven
Sculpture Pendant Withdrawn for Exhibition
Item No:
WSP003
Measurement:
2.25" x 1.25"
Description: This pendant took 10-12hrs
to make. The top stone is faceted Rutilated Quartz.
This piece of rutilated quartz has more surface shine
in person and the rutilation is more obvious than
in the picture and shimmers like streaks of spun gold.
The bottom stone is a unknown cabochon. The picture
of this cabochon unfortunately does not accurately
portray the look in person. Several attempts were
made to capture this more accurately, however it appears
the surface shine is causing reflections which make
the stone resemble an opal. It looks nothing like
an opal in person and does not sparkle as it appears
in the picture. It is still a very nice stone regardless
and I wouldn't have included it if it weren't. Also
in this pendant there are at least seven sterling
silver beads, three swarovski crystals, one of which
has been woven into the bail, and many, many metres
of sterling silver wire.

Description: This pendant includes a milky opal which has lots
of tiny green and red flashes of colour. It has substantially
more flashes than what can be seen in the photo. Above
the opal is a faceted teardop shaped bead made of
amethyst. Also in this pendant there are eleven freshwater
peacock pearls, one faceted rock crystal briolette,
one faceted amethyst rondelle, three swarovski
crystals, at least eleven sterling silver beads and
many, many metres of sterling silver wire. This pendant
is structurally solid and is reasonably weighty.

Woven
Sculpture Pendant Withdrawn for Exhibition
Item No:
WSP001
Measurement:
1.75" x 1.25"
Description: This
pendant has been given an antique finish as it really
screamed 'antique me' once I had finished it's construction.
This gave it a heavier appearance and added depth
to it. The stone on the left is a faceted tanzanite
quartz briolette. The stone on the right is lapis
lazuli. Also in this pendant there are three faceted
laboradite beads, one faceted aquamarine, at least
fourteen sterling silver beads, two bali daisy spacers,
a bee and metres and metres of wire. There appears
to be a gold tone on the left shoulder of the pendant
and under the bee which is the affect of the antiquing,
however it is not very obvious at all in person. This
piece will be tumbled again shortly to reduce that
tone further.
Other sales venues I also have jewellery listed in my Etsy Store and my Oztion Store both stores use member name of studioheath if you are searching, but adding to favourite sellers is an option of course.

Woven Sculpture Pendants
I have needed to take these pendants from sale as they will be required for exhibition in a couple of local venues end of this year and early '07. I have left the pics here for your viewing pleasure. :) Being available for sale again here is undetermined at this point in time.
